Brilliant thanks everyone! Had no idea what else was out there. Have checked out all the websites and will buy something and see how he goes. If I get the love to dream or miracle blanket how many would I need to get? Is 2 enough?

I had a Houdini baby and the only thing that worked for her was the halo sleep sack. She didn't like the love to dream swaddles (needed her hands down). She's 13 months and we still use the sleep sack but with her arms out now obviously lol

Love to dream and get a towel, fold in half then roll each side. Turn it over and bubs sleeps in the middle of the rolled up sides. That way can't roll. It goes under the arms and head is clear

My 8 week old gets her arms out and seems to prefer it. So I swaddle her under her arms. I use it for routine so she knows it's bed time. I'll start using a sleeping bag once she fits them.

Once they start rolling you should have their hands out so they can use their arms to push up etc.

I had three Love To Dream swaddles at that age. There were days when two would be dirty in quick succession. At three months I only need two.
