I used a sperm donor through an IVF clinic and the were still a***holes about it. Numerous appointments and forms to fill out. It all depends on who you deal with. Some are understanding, some are just horrible people on a power trip. Unfortunately I got the latter with my first.

If the safety of my child was concerned I would leave the birth cert blank and move towns and support myself.

Even though it would mean less benefits I would still do this.

He isn't going on the BC I've made thay decision. I'm not worried about benefits ect as I know there are ways around that. I'm concerned about court proceedings as he as said he will fight to see his child. I want to make this as hard as possible as o believe this is just a game for him and he'll use my baby as a show pony for his friends. I just wondered if it would be worth waiting and saying I was seeing someone else while I was with him etc (which i wasnt) and make him pay for paternity tests and then go to court for visitation or should I just wait and see if he goes to court... idk.
