Big big big grandma knickers that sit up on your belly button! The bigger the better.
And an abdo binder if you can get one.

If you have the option, have your baby sleep in the nursery overnight. The nurses will bring your baby in for feeds. Sitting up to pick up your baby can be tricky. Also without your baby in your room you wont be lying awake stressing about whether you need to do something for the baby if they are fussing. Wish I had learnt this with cs number one instead of cs number three!

I have had two c-sections and the best advice I have is stay on top of pain medication, especially during the first 3-5 days. For example if you can have Panadol every 4 hours keep up with this even if you feel you don't need it as if you let it wear off to much it is harder and takes longer to get back on top of the pain. Hope that makes sense. Best of luck for Wednesday
