I find making a list and allocating them to do on certain days works for me.
Ie vacuuming on Mondays and pack lunches for week.
Bathrooms on Tues
Wed ironing and hand washing/clothes sorting
Thurs batch cooking and mopping the whole house.
Fri sheet/towel changes and bathrooms again.
Sat general tidying up.
Plus the usual daily stuff.
And if I know I will be out this week on thurs I will do those jobs in other days or stay up and finish them. I will not go to bed with dishes in sink and playroom messy.
