Default "Where do babies come from" book

I'm looking for recommendations for a book to help explain to my 5 year old DS where babies come from, boy/girl differences etc. I have avoided his questions so far but think a book would help the conversation.

"Where did I come from?" is an oldie but a goodie.
http://www.amazon.com/Where-Did-I-Co.../dp/0818402539 at the bottom of the page, if you look at the people also bought these books there are lots of other good suggestions as well but two others I've got that aren't there are "Mummy Laid an Egg" by Babette Cole and "Everyone's got a bottom".
