Fingers crossed you won't even need them!

I just looked up the ov watch, what a great product! Half tempted to get one but I know DP would not think it was worth the money when I've still got OPKs at home :P

I work in paediatrics and can completely understand your anxiety about the upcoming tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. How old is your boy? Kids tend to do fairly well. Just encourage eating and drinking as much as possible as this will help with the pain. Chewing is the best for these little ones. And they can eat anything they want as well. Maybe just stay clear of acidic juices for a while, but hey some kids just want orange juice and drink it fine so don't worry too much about it. And stick to regular analgesia. You'll be surprised how quickly they recover, much better than teenagers! Good luck
Thanks so much for your advice! His doctor did say to me, let him eat whatever he wants! Lol
He's 8, he's had sleep apnoea since before he started kindy, but they've only decided to do something about it now. He's a skinny little thing, it's just that they were too big and blocking his air ways. They wanted to see if he'd grow into them, I guess!
But he's still snoring like a freight train, 12 hours a night! And still waking up grumpy in the mornings, with huge bags under his eyes.
Hopefully this will help, and we get our happy boy back
Thanks again for the advice! xx

@Whitem I'm sure you'll be fine! You're more likely to get a false negative than a false positive, they're very rare! Fx for a stick bub for you
