Hi @tazz475, Could you put me down for testing on 10 Nov, I think AF will be here tomorrow. MadSci, I am trying vitex and Vit b supplements this cycle for the first time as my LP has dropped from 11 days to about 8 since I had a chemical in May, and last cycle I didn't even ovulate going by FF... I hope I have success like you are having with the supplements and I hope your LP increases even further for you this cycle . Here's to November BFPs for all!

definitely positive. sucks that DH is so tired ideally you should be getting on it right now! they say you ovulate within around 72 hours after a positive OPK, so could be anytime in the next 3 days, but could be tonight or might not be until thursday.

Ok so I'm a complete ***** but I need to get this out so please don't judge me. As I said earlier I had a positive OPK today. My last pregnancy ended in miscarriage in August and I feel a need to be pregnant again like it's a physical pain. Added to that, I lost my decade long career after my son was born due to my boss deciding at the last minute that I couldn't work part time. Has not been a good year. Meanwhile I try to stay positive. I get happy about OPKs and getting a cycle back after my mc etc but I'm quite anxious about this. Anyway, dtd last night then had a positive OPK today at midday. Long story short, DH has been working way way too hard and could not perform tonight. This is not a problem for him usually. I freaking knew this was going to happen. I knew he was working too hard. He always works too hard and doesn't know how to say no. He has the option of delegating tasks at work but doesn't and now look what's happened. Trouble is, that I said that to him while in tears, which just made the whole thing worse. I'm an idiot. I just thought that after tonight I might finally feel peaceful, like things were on track. I haven't slept properly since the mc and I thought I'd be sleeping tonight. Instead it's midnight and I'm awake wondering if it's too late yet.

I had a short lp and was taking 250mg of vit b6 and vitex. I also tried acupuncture and ut brought ovulation forward by a few days, which allowed me a long enough lp. Have you considered acupuncture?

Yep, started acupuncture last cycle after O and have started it this cycle before O so hopefully everything combined will bring me up to 10 days LP.

I couldn't read this without wanting to send some hugs your way. Totally normal and you don't sound like a *****. Hopefully everything is a bit better today. Xx
