I'm sorry you are/were struggling it is really tough when you are very big and uncomfortable and in pain and your body doesn't seem to want to play the game. The best thing is to relax and not stress yourself out and exhaust yourself. Bub will only grow to the size he/she needs as she will run out of room! hope you have met your little one and you are in a much better state of mind.

My little girl arrived on Friday. Spontaneous labour. Only 1.5 hrs beginning to end... very quick and vicious. Then my placenta wouldn't come out so I had to have surgery under a general anesthetic and lost 1.2lt of blood. I was bed ridden for 2 days and 5 days in hospital. It did not go as I expected or wanted after 2 natural and uncomplicated births, BUT its over now, I'm starting to feel a bit better, I still have massive pelvic pain but hopefully it'll settle down soon.
I finally have my beautiful little girl in my arms. Thank you to those who replied giving me words of strength 😊

Congrats on your little girl! I had a very quick delivery with my daughter that resulted in a retained placenta requiring surgical removal as well, so I understand how rough that can be Enjoy those newborn snuggles!!!
