Yes! After approx 2 years of trying, I had the endo op - doc said he removed quite a lot and "cleaned my pipes for baby making" LOL He did think however I may still need ivf - but we fell literally straight away, first month trying (we were allowed to) after the op. Good luck!!

So nice to hear some successful stories! I've been TTC for 16 months. Have PCOS and Endo. They put me on 3 months of chlomid and tomorrow I go back to hopefully have a laparoscopy booked in! I know this post is a few months old so would love to hear anyone's updates!

Yes - we received our first bfp on our third ovulation induction cycle after a laparoscopy in which mild endometriosis was removed. It was our 9th ovulation induction cycle over 2 years and we had been trying for a year before starting fertility treatment. Our DD was born in October last year

So excited to read these success stories. We have been trying for a year, all tests for me so far have come back fine, dp has low sperm count. We did our first IUI this month but AF showed up on Tuesday I'm having a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy on Wednesday this week just as a precaution before continuing with a few rounds of IUI and then IVF in July if we need to. This thread has given me hope again!

Seems like people have had a mixed bag of results from their laps. I go in for a lap and ovarian drilling as well as hystroscopy and lipodal flush on Tuesday after 4 years of ttc and 6 stimulated cycles of IVF. I insisted on the lap to see what is going on although my fs doesn't suspect to find endo at all, he suggested the drilling due to my pcos. I would like a few answers if nothing else I am not expecting miracles.
