Default CCB percentages for multiple children

So we have 3 children in care. 2 in long day care and 1 in OSHC. Centrelink says our CCB is as follows
    1 child - 65%
    2 child - 78 %
    3 child - 91%

Am I right in assuming that all 3 children receive the 91% ccb?

Yes, if they were all in care in that week the highest CCB rate is used for all children.

Fantastic, thank you. So for 2 years (we only had 2 children at that time), the long day care was charging us 78% but OSHC was charging us 65% - can we claim the extra we paid back through OSHC or Centrelink?

Sounds like it was a while ago, I would probably contact centrelink and ask them. OSHC should have asked you if you had other children in care but ultimately if they didn't get that amount from centrelink then you will probably need to talk to them.
