I've had bronchitis during preg's and it is meds and rest that will fix you. Not worth having it drag on during pregnancy, as it is exhausting enough without being sick!!

Got a gp that you can see?

Do you get sick leave? If you do, put yourself and belly baby first.

Lol! Yep, take your sick leave and never feel guilty for it.

You will have plenty of reasons to take sick leave later on too!

If you end up being told to use ventolin, don't be stressed about that either. Better that you can breathe properly and sleep rather than coughing up a storm.

You'll be right! If work gets in the way too much, find something that does suit you. It takes time to work out what that balance is but it is possible to have a good career and kids. Mat leave is a great time for reevaluating things and for trying out some options before you go back. Most dads don't do their head in stressing about this stuff, so neither should we!
