    Question TTC after Ectopic

    Hi All
DH and I are trying for our 2nd. We see a fertility specialist as DS took 5 years and 2m/c. We are having follicular tracking each month and blood tests to see when im ovulating. We had an ectopic in Feb and lost my left tube. So far each month I have ovulated from the Right side but this month, its coming from the left that has no tube
Has anyone been successful falling pregnant when ovulating from the side with no tube?
Don't know whether to not try this month

    Hi hun,

My first pregnancy was a ruptured ectopic so I lost my right tube, apparently your tubes can move so they can move across to the side that you are ovulating from to collect the egg!! Amazing hey . My doc told me this... So hun try away!!

I have gone on to have 3 earth side babies with one tube and hoping for one more!! Wishing you all the very best babe xoxox

Yeah I was told the same thing...the ovary that is ovulating sends out chemicals and the tubes can sense it and sweep across to pick up the egg.
My doc said having only one tube shouldn't hinder conception. Cool huh!
    Good luck
