Question Is this normal? 4 weeks!

Hello & thank you for taking the time to read my panicky thoughts!

I'm four weeks into my pregnancy with my partner, we are both identical twins and have noticed that my once flat belly has now bloated to the point people think I'm already in my second trimester, my belly is hard as a rock and my breasts have already become sore and two cup sizes bigger.
I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks one year ago but have never felt like this before.

I feel tightness in my stomach constantly but my doctor won't do an ultrasound until I'm 8 weeks in!
I can't wait that long, am I just being to paranoid or has anyone felt their pregnancy was moving a bit too... fast?

Yes, but in my case it was just bloating that can happen in early pregnancy
You won't see much if anything on an ultrasound at this point so an ultrasound now wouldn't help.

Yep I had that = major bloating! Isn't it delightful!
