    Default Just feel so low

I just feel so low. Waiting for this miscarriage feels like torture and I just cant stop crying. I was booked to see an ob for the d and c but just cancelled and have booked my daughter into day care for the day so I can go back to bed for the day.

Oh sweetheart, it's such a heart-breaking, soul destroying journey to go on... I feel for you - and if you need to go to bed for the day, just do it. Tomorrow will be a different day and you might be able to face the world again...

If the d and c wasn't right this week, then let it go... If there's no sign of infection, then it's Ok to wait it out a little bit longer - you don't have to decide what to do today.

Have a cry, rage at the world, let the grief flow and know that it will pass and you will pick yourself back again. That's what we do. We're women, we're tough, we keep on going...
