@rj85 she's beautiful!! Congrats!!
Congrats @rj85 she is beautiful.
I saw Ob again today and was hoping for an induction date.
Today's instructions are hold out this weekend because he is going away, and if I don't go next week then I see him on Friday and he will make the big decisions and book me in.
I can't believe we are all getting so close, can't wait to see more pics
totalkaos I had one yesterday at 39 wks. OB was going to do it last week but because I was only 4/5 engaged she said it wouldn't do anything to help. It was very uncomfortable and there was a little bit of pain, you will bleed a little bit after but not a lot. I was 2 cm dilated and haven't had any contractions as yet. She also told us the same thing about not going over. I'm booked in for an induction wed night, I'll be 40 weeks on Thursday. OB said that after 40 weeks the risk of still birth increases and because they were there for the conception they know exactly when we're 40 wks whereas with a couple who have conceived naturally they will be allowed to go a wk or so over because dates aren't 100%. Hope that helps!
@rj85 she is beautiful!!
i asked about the period type pain and the mw said they are irregular contractions and usually something is happening. So that's good. I'm very interested to see what's going on when I see the ob Tuesday.
I've heard it for over 40's women ...

Strange that we are getting told different things. I'm 30.
My parents have just come and told us that they are going away again til next Tuesday, which is a bit frustrating because im getting so close and they need to watch the motel if I go into labour. They will be 5 hours away so not exactly really close if it happened. Chances are it won't but ahh! So annoying! Sorry about the vent girls.
