    Default IVF Babies due Oct/Nov/Dec 2014 #5

    Hi ladies!
Just a quick word of advice re routines as great as they sound dont rely on them. Babies unfortunately dont follow routines, if you get a great bub who does then Woohoooooooo that's great!
I know my dd didn't follow sos or any routines.
I attended 3 sleep schools early on to try make my dd fit into a routine but it was only at 6 months she started following a solid routine.
I understand the need though. Just do what feels right and take a lil bit of advice from different sources that works for you and your bubs.

@Wishnhope I'm not sure why they say to bath at 10pm as an early newborn? I read it from a midwife too. Apparently after 4 weeks I read to move bath time till 6. Bizzare.

Bayside, thanks so much for the advice!! I'll get a copy.

Olismum, knowing me I reckon mine won't like routine too hehe

@BaoLovesLudo lol I was a massive control freak before having dd and thought I could easily make her fit into my life... fat chance! She's taught me alot though
Im looking forward to embracing ds and wearing him in carrier as much as I need. .. and it will also allow me to spend time with dd.

Gosh I cant wait to hear about all these bubbys arriving!!!!!

@rj85 congratulations that's wonderful news!! Beautiful name.

I just bought a copy of SOS (I haven't read it yet) and I like the idea of a routine but I'm also resigned to the fact that it's not going to work from day 1, or probably even day 100 for that matter.

Loving the bumps and the nurseries and the clothes, looking forward to more bubbas arriving.

Megs I love getting the daily updates on the twins, it's great to hear they are doing so well.

Hi girls! Had my midwife appt today. I'm almost 35 weeks and measuring on target. Bubs is pretty much fully engaged and they reckon he/she might come early!! Yippee! Cos DH is in our best friends wedding on the 15 nov so don't wanna go over.

Quick question and Soz for TMI.
Any advice on dealing with hemorrhoids? I've never had them before and they hurt like hell!!

Aren't they the pits!!?!?!?!? and i havent' even been consitpated yet there's another one that appears!!!

I think there are some creams etc that you can get - but not much other than that until after bubs is born. Then it's down to the dr!

So agree hemorrhoids suck. I had then really bad early in pregnancy and they've just come back bad this week at 37 and a half weeks I'm just using cream which takes the edge off the pain.

I had a tear of the skin in my anus, extremely painful!! Lots of blood!!! I have heard haemorrhoids shouldn't be painful...
I have suffered with reflux most of my pregnancy but it seems to be getting a tad better of late, i had it lasntnight but its not as bad as its been, My legs are now super swollen too You can mould them like my feet.... Congrtas RJ85

I have been reading Save Our Sleep and hope that I can get bubbs to stick to it. I have many friends who swear by it so I will give it a good shot. If it doesn't work I will go to plan B.....whatever that is lol
