    We had what I call chow mein. Don't know how close to authentic it is but it tastes alright.

    Spicy,authentic Indian curry chicken,coconut rice with half a hard boiled egg,some crispy fried anchovies with roasted peanuts,and thinly sliced cucumber pieces. That's DH all time favourite dish that he's mastered over the years.
