    Changed it up a bit and made a warm garlic, kale and beetroot salad on the side. Yummy!

    This was the first time I've ever had kale - gotta say, I'm not a fan, tasted like burnt lawn clippings! Maybe I'll try it raw in a salad next time, I know it's so good for you!

    Kale definitely needs a salad dressing ( and mixed with other salad veggies!) ! I also put it on pizzas or in toasted sandwiches or in omelettes or soups so it blends in with all the other flavours as it does have quite a bitter flavour

    Steak, mushroom & mustard sauce, broccoli & asparagus sautéed with garlic & almond, roasted pumpkin & potato.

    Salted caramel parfait for dessert :-)

    Cauliflower fried "rice" with chicken. I really like cauliflower when it's steMed or in a cauliflower bake but it tastes so different when riced. It was ok but I smothered it in sweet chili sauce lol.
