Yum that sounds great @Sairz, do you make your own gnocchi? Would you mind sharing the recipe?

Frittata with tomato, mushrooms and feta.

Nothing majorly exciting but we have one of DS's friends staying and I know he'll eat this.

The gnocchi is just 2 decent sized sweet potatoes, steam then mash and mix through a bit of pepper, salt, nutmeg & egg. Form a dough with about 1-2 cups of plain flour, roll out & cut. Cook in boiling water till they rise
The garlic sauce is so unhealthy but yum. About 7 cloves of garlic crushed, cooked for a few mins with butter & bacon, then 300ml cream, cracked pepper. Simmer for 10 mins or until till it starts to thicken up and brown a little
