A beef casserole in the slow cooker which I have added rissoni pasta too. I added a chilli to it so have my fingers crossed it won't be too hot for the kids.

Baked paleo chicken tenders (tasted just like KFC!), super creamy mashed potato and steamed veg.

Miss 2yo ate 1 bite of chicken, a banana and half an apple. No idea what's going on with this usually wonderful eater!

Chicken Penang curry with basmati and salted caramel lava cakes with vanilla ice-cream for dessert. They are both new recipes so my fingers are crossed for a good result!

Made shepherd's pie as requested by the DH. Came out pretty decent even though I had no onions.

Can I have the Paleo chicken tender recipe too please? I'm thinking they would be a good lunchbox idea?

Here's the recipe, though I had a bite of one cold that my daughter didn't eat and the texture was horrible! They were great hot though! http://www.allergyfreealaska.com/201...dipping-sauce/

The kids are having chicken nuggets. I think I'll have spaghetti on toast.
