    How do you make yours? I have found the flavour to be quite bland lately. I have also noticed the apricot nectar is really watery these days as well and have resorted to pureeing tinned apricots instead.

    Take out chicken in pj's. It's not as good as a homemade one

    Poor dd has no food in her house as she was supposed to be her anniversary holiday. Hopefully tomorrow we will get out and do food shop.

    Chicken breast, apricot nectar and french onion simmer packet soup. I wanted to do it in the slow cooker but was home too late so just on the stove on low for an hour then off the heat for half hour. Dp liked it i would have preferred to add tinned apricots as thats how i remember it growing up but he wasn't keen. The sauce thickened nicely with the longer cooking time

    I had heaps of ratatouille left over from last night so I cooked some pasta and crisped up some prosciutto, mixed it together with the ratatouille and added some baby spinach and feta. Put more cheese on top and bunged it in the oven. It's getting nice and melty as I type.
