    Easy dinner tonight...Tuna bake made with rice, corn kernels and a stir through sauce, topped with mashed potato and grated cheese, baked golden and served with rocket leaves with lemon juice dressing.

    DF has requested sausages. I hate sausages, but I can't be bothered thinking of dinner myself. Mash, gravy and veg on the side. At least the kiddies will eat it!
