Beef roast, roast potatoes and steamed veg with pepper gravy.

I'm still a little hungry because we had an unexpected visitor and I made the meal stretch to 3 serves instead of 2!

I'm cooking a fancy 3 course meal for a friend tonight... Each course features cheese!

Entree: Beetroot & goats cheese salad

Main: Ricotta gnocchi with a basil cream sauce

Dessert: Blue Cheese Pannacotta, candied walnuts & red wine poached pears (no a sweet desert, my friend isn't a sweet tooth so this is a compromise!)

Yum I wish I was your friend, it sounds great!

We're having a roast leg of lamb, roast veggies and steamed veggies. Yummmm!
