    On the pessaries box it says 200mg progesterone

    If that means anything

    I lay down at least 30 mins

    And dont have the mess you get with crinone

    I think one Crinone 8% is 90mg. So one 200mg pessary is double which would make sense if absorption isn't as great. It all depends on how the body absorbs it. I always just did it before bed (after dtd ;-) )

    Pessaries are way cheaper. If you're allowed them, go for it. It's just their protocol I guess. We know from all the girls at TFC that have had successful fet that progesterone supplementation isn't the absolute deciding factor on whether or not you have a sticky one. I can do a box of Crinone for $170 or a box of 200mg pessaries for $60 (will confirm tomorrow). Each has 15. Of you give those prices to any pharmacy they will usually price match. We have a pharmacy opposite Redlands Private inside the little shopping Centre there that will do the same prices

    I just dont want my body to go into shock of 3 progynova a day and 2 crinone to nothing not willing to risk that

    Yeah that's a decent 16dpo bHcg level! I think mine was 530ish.
