    Hi Ladies,

I hope everyone is doing well, i haven't had time to go back and catch up on everything and probably wont, so im sorry for everything ive missed

Sorry i haven't been around, newborn bub and 19month old Samuel have been keeping me so freakin busy.
So Alexander was born on the 3rd november @12.07pm. 3850g, length. 55.5cm head 36.5cm.
Had quite a scare, they were planning on pulling the curtain down for me to announce the sex but we had troubles. I kept getting sick my blood pressure kept bouncing around (i never have bp issues so it was weird) Alex was literally turning and swimming away from the surgeon when they were trying to get him out. He was born not breathing. So they rushed him over to work on him. Nobody said anything to me for a few mins i was just looking over to my left staring at them all wondering wtf was going on. Then one of the nurses turned to me and mouthed, "its a boy" EEE. It took about 5 mins probably for them to get him breathing & all good and screaming but to me it felt like forever. His first score at 1 min was 2 then 9 at 5 mins. And as he used up so much energy trying to get away from them that when they tested him he had very low blood sugar levels. So we spent the next few days testing his lvls every few hours and he even ended up in nicu at one point for about 6 hours. It was all very scary for me thinking i might have lost him then realizing the battle wasn't over. But eventually he turned the corner and it was all good.
He was very very chill and laid back for the first few days, hes a very lazy feeder so he doesnt feed properly. FUN! And he doesnt sleep properly either.. FUN AGAIN lol yeah takes after his brother with the sleeping!
But im so glad and would go through it all again.

It's been a while! I'm back on the ivf roller coaster again, started jabbing on the 1st.
How is everyone? I see there's some newbies- hope it's a quick journey to get your bfp. And to the old timers I see some of you are going or got no2. Congratulations!

Must say the board of babies is huge now!!

Quick question, has anyone here used the Spring acupuncture place next door? I know it's recently opened but I can't find a lot of info on them? Start injections on wed next week with view to transfer around Jan 27. Just considering acupuncture to see if it will help boost my chances!

    Cycle one-No accupunture
Cycle two- Accupunture for 12 weeks, BFN
    Cycle three-two accupunture sessions BFP
    Cycle four-no accupunture, BFP.

There is *some* evidence it helps but I'm on the fence about that.

Mesh-yes we will be. Scan is tomorrow and we will find out over the weekend. I do know what I'm looking at in regards to scans so I don't think I'll be able to refrain if its a good image. Sounds stupid but seeing as we won't be going back for a 3rd I'm realy hoping for a boy and I've already shed a few tears at the prospect of it not being so.
