    Shelby it is quite different for each individual I only stim for 7 days as I respond quickly. Some women can stim longer

    Very true! I stimmed 18 days first cycle.

    Appt went well I pick up my drugs next week and start on cd3, which should be the end of next week. ☺️

    And/or Endone. Epu is different for everyone, everytime. Ive had 1 painful, 1 excruciating and 2 uncomfortable epu. The keybis to use thebgas properly; suck it in deep into the abdomen and breath out through your nose, and just concentrate on that. Close your eyes and ignorr anything being said around you, it can be distractimg and isnt always relevant to your epu. The gas makes me rather emotional so I repeat "breath in, dont cry" haha. Once you start crying its hard to suck the gas properly and becomes painful.

    I found it fine - I've only don 2 EPU's but I was more nervous and then surprised by how easy it was. I just focused on the gas and just feel a little sting when the needle goes in a a few little pinches/jiggles as they get each egg. I was more happy to feel that as I knew it meant an egg. I think if you get too worked up you make it worse than it actually is. Just try to stay relaxed, keep a positive mindset and focus on sucking the gas
