If it's the same one.. and it must be?! She mentioned 3 kids.. 2 with her existing partner/hubby and 1 with her ex.. who will ?possibly reside with ex. Who knows. Very high risk pregnancy, but I really hope she has a relatively comfortable pregnancy & like the miracles you hear about (usually in the states tbf) those little bubs will survive unscathed. A recent post said something about one of the embryo/foetus' hadn't made it??

I'm off to bed now, I'm done in πŸ˜‚
Don't stress about the spotting Ngaiz, your quite right. It happened before & it was nothing. It's likely the crinone.

I think I might toss my supplements! If it turns out I have underactive thyroid then of course I will need thyroxine.. if hashimotos.. prednisone? Baby aspirin? Maybe? Frolic acid - absolutely. I need to increase my folate/ferritin actually as I have low iron stores.

I think that will do. My friend gave me a copy of what Wazza had her on.. and I ran out to buy the stuff (how desperate) and it wasn't until I was reading the contents of my borrocca (also on his list) that I noted the quantity of zinc therein. Not to mention the additional Zinc supplement that was recommended! Zinc in high doses is detrimental to pregnancy/ women. I know everyone LOVES Wazza.. and he's had lots of success (no idea about his failures..never read about those). But there's no rhyme or reason to these supps, there's no one size fits all approach.. he just throws the kitchen sink at everyone. And I guess in our desperation we're just happy/willing to do anything.
I'm also of the opinion.. you can't improve egg quality. My 36 year old eggs are just that. No amount of Royal Jelly/ CoQ10 etc is going to make them 30yo.

Sorry for rambling. But I'll come back to this another time when I'm obsessing.

Tbh Pap, it's probably a load of rubbish and a waste of money. If an embryo isn't gonna stick, no amount of vitamins is going to help it. The zinc made me sick so I only took is for a couple of days and everything else is either essential pregnancy vitanins or anti-oxidants (again, probabaly a waste of money). The fish oil I take for fetal brain development like the iodine.

Default The Fertility Centre Springwood #4

Yeah, who knows. In the FET that I conceived.. I remember transfer took place the day before my 34th birthday, and on my birthday I had 1 spritzer (half wine half soda) spread over 4 hours, so I was playing it cautious.. but I also moved house & was scrubbing bathrooms & floors from top to bottom, found out I was pregnant whilst still staying at a friends.. no way was I taking lots of vitamins. I didn't hold much hope for success and was more stressed about moving house. That was the cycle that worked! Out of all the cycles before when I'd convinced myself I was pregnant & watched what I ate and popped loads of pills.. the one that I didn't hold out hope for worked!
I guess I won't go overboard with supplements, but try to work on my health! Just bumped the car so I'm down more $$$ ..gonna be ages before I can cycle again. The odds are stacking up against me 😭

Edit to add: I looked after a patient today who was 36wks pregnant with a 13month old at home!! Boy did she look tired! She narrowly missed out on Irish twins!! A two-ish year gap would be grand! Then another in 2 years. I figured I'd be 35, 37 & 39. FX
