For some reason if you area new patient you have to wait longer than existing ones. When I went in to book my appt I was told there was normally a wait but because I had already been a pt I could start right after my dr appt. To get ahead when I first started I went and got a Levelen script from my gp so I was ready as soon as I had seen the dr.

Looking at my plan, you start taking the pill between cd1 and cd7, taking it for 16 days. Approximately 4 days later you get a withdraw bleed and ring the clinic and get bloods to check estrogen and progesterone levels. If they come back at the appropriate level you start injecting anywhere between 2 and 7 days later depending in what days they can fit you in for EPU.

Sorry to those of you new to the thread.. it's been so long since I did a full stim/ fresh cycle that I can't remember how it all goes. I have 3 remaining blasts from a fresh cycle 2 years ago, so I'm doing FETS.
Hubby and I were discussing how we plan to proceed tonight, I think if the next cycle fails, I'm going to request a 2 embryo transfer to use up my blasts. That way I can move onto fresh and not worry about ongoing freezing costs etc.

    1st (stim) Cycle 1ET - BFN
    2nd(stim) Cycle 1ET - BFN
    3rd (stim) Cycle 2ET - BFN
    1st FET. 1ET - BFP (William)
    2nd FET 1ET - BFN

So if I do another FET and it fails.. that will be 5 failed (6 embryos) .. and I will be 36 years old.

36? You dont look a day over 30!
I dont see an issue with them transferring 2 if you believe in your heart that is what you want then dont take no for an answer! My first transfer at the clinic I was 25 and they put 2 in. Get the nurses on side plead your case to them.
