If I was that lucky I would end up passing out from shock that is one of those stories that you hear but id never be lucky enough haha
Boobs! I have none left. Just nipples! I was never large to begin with but OMGoodness.. they have gone, I don't know where

Haha me too. Ive told hubby after babies im getting boobs done they are non existent these days. Small price to pay for being able to nourish your child for that long. Not that there are any issues with formula feeding. I was fortunate I never had to wake up and sort out a bottle. Sleep topless baby latch and let go when they have enough.

Snap!! I went from a small B to an A :-( I'm gonna get them done at the new place down the coast. If I can do low cost IVF then I can have a low cost rack augmentation. Its not like I'll have the cash to splash out on general anaesthetic after doing this haha

Ladies do you mind if I ask a few questions thinking about cycling soon. Got my info emailed to me, thinking of starting Oct but if it doesn't work then I have to wait a few months and that could mean next cycle January which means the same initial cost doesn't it because of the Medicare resets? So $600 difference?

Also you can't transfer 2 embryos can you. Unless over 35 or had a few failed IVF attempts?

Hey shelby. If it were me and I couldn't do a second cycle until after the new year I would just wait it out. Remember, if your going private you also have a OBGYN fee to pay. The clinic is very quiet after Xmas because everyone spends their $$ over the holidays.

In regards to how many embryos you can transfer, it's very much a case by case basis. Guidelines state that they should 'encourage' single embryo only and they have signs in all the rooms now. They have to do everything they can to minimise the incidence of multiples. But, there are factors that influence the decision and most of the Dr's are happy to have the discussion around transfer time. Eg: if you get a high yield of eggs and are at risk for ohss, the chance of two would be low regardless of age. Under 35, first cycle slim chance. Under 30, 10th cycle, I would think most drs would be happy to transfer two. I was under 30, third cycle, only 2 embryos available from 6 (one good quality and one average the others were not chromosomally normal), both transferred. Meshell and I are very pro fighting for 2 if that's all we have haha. We aren't freezing one. I have no maternal attachment to my embryos, I have reasonable AMH levels so I'd rather cycle again due to the lower cost.

Ive never had enough of quality to freeze. My first cycle I had 10 monash only transfer blasty so by day 5 there were only two and one looked really bad. We transferred one. With mason I only had 2 by transfer day and we transferred both. My view fertilise and jam it back where it belongs
