    Bbhope- they r doing aspiraton with a needle not sure the abbreviation. He has ithink nit sure how to spell ozzspermatoza. Where there is sperm but very low numbers. Hey havent given us a number but we know its very low.
    We r with bump ivf sydney its a new clinic part if monarsh. We r doing day 3 due to low egg numbers and how oyr flights work out as we r flyn from perth.

    TESA it is. Good luck! Yes. Every clinic has different rule. My FS was very brave to go ahead with 5 days transfer when I only had 2 fertilised.

    I had chemical pregnancy on both (unfortunately). It is a miracle at all for my dh case to even find sperms.

    Bbhope so howd ur dh like the idea of a donor? Im hoping i dont have to need one coz my dh said before he doesnt like that idea.so i really hoping we get sperm.

    Thanks.no didnt know there was a waiting list.i guess in still new to it all.
    We would prob still go interstate we had our honeymoon in sydney so its kinda special to get away there.

    Good luck. I hope you don't have to go on the donor route. It isn't an easy journey.........if we have a choice, we would have stayed in WA for donor. Interstate IVF is extremely costly and stressful with all the logistic.

    @Sharlie: saw your post on the other thread by chance. Your P4 is on the low side for preg. That might explain your spotting. Still within normal range. I would use more pessaries. My level is like 200. I feel better having >150. This gives enough buffer for avoiding small fluctuation that signals AF. Normal ppl at luteal phase is 50.
