There no way of knowing what's right or wrong. Both have plus and minus and yes you have sperm on tap which is mature and most likely more motile. When they extract from epidydimis we can only have Isci as sperm not of maturity to do normal ivf.

It's so hard making any choices! Sometimes I look at my teenage stepchildren and think things like, teens are hard work or wow it's great we can do what we want when they come stay as they're not little anymore and am I doing the right thing?!? Haha!

Very true Magdalen, all valid points, and you are right, none of these decisions come easy do they And yes!! I actually think teenagers are more work than younger ones! The young ones just follow your routine, whereas teenagers you have to bend around their social lives and activities!

Hey ladies! It's been awhile since I've posted on here. I've been busy with work and I don't have much energy for anything else. MrsTugs congrats on the decision! I admire your oomph!

We have stalled with our FET. We have had car issues and so many other expenses that we only have half of what we need saved. I'm also finding the idea of going back on all the medication quite daunting. So we're trying the natural way in the meantime and I'm starting the Michele Bridges 12WBT on Monday to try lose the weight I have put on.

@babygirl7 and @Peedypie hope you girls can join us again soon! I know what you mean about the finances, drains them massively (think with the last FET, extra scans and eventual surgery for the ectopic and time off work etc it cost us about $10k!)

Also peedypie I did Michelle bridges and lost prob about 5kg for my wedding last year, I loved the easy recipes.

@MrsTugs glad to hear you've jumped back in! Good luck for this cycle, hope this is the one

Welcome to all the new ladies and good luck for it all!

Had my FET on thurs and not really having too many positive thoughts actually. Not sure why just feel so different in this cycle to my others plus we have lots of family stress at the moment with unwell close family. So it will have to be a fighter that's for sure. It's the last of our grade 1 expanded blastys all the rest are grade 2. Am on pregnyl with last injection on 5/2 also, with BT on 9/2 so prob can't even POAS without the possibility of getting a false reading! Although I prob still will, just to drive myself crazy...

Peedy this was why we were delaying everything but in the same month we are getting a big (big) bonus for hubby's to sign on for 2 more years work, and I got my rebate back for the stim cycle. So I literally just have the $3+ sitting in my savings waiting to be used on the fet. So I though meh why wait.
