How do they determine if you can do the standard ivf?

    Going to read back x

I've been busy with new job and all and dealing with m/c. had follow up Appt with FS last week and more bad news. Been referred for operation to remove Fallopian tubes due to the hydrosalpinx. haven't quite got my head around it. But guessing I'm off the ivf wagon for about 12mths by the time get a op date etc. we still have 3 snow babies waiting. so in the mean time need to refocus my mind and get right into my weightloss I guess xo

Been thinking of you all x
I'm so sorry you got more bad news, that sucks hope you don't have to wait too long for the op. are you physically feeling ok? I don't know much about hydrosalpinx, hope its not painful for you and that your new job and weightloss are going along well. x

sorry I'm not much help as I'm with a different clinic and not doing it but I'd imagine you'd go through all the routine testing first (bloods, semen analysis, ovulation tracking etc) to determine whether the standard ivf is appropriate for your circumstances

Really sorry to hear, babygirls!!! Hugs. PM u.

Just give concept a call. Probably will have you talk to fs first and tests.

We aren't eligible for standard IVF there.

    Hi Bubbles1984 ,

My FS told me about standard IVF and FET and said I was an ideal candidate :-) I did all the pre-tests with her first and then she just faxed the paperwork over to concept. My first meeting was in a group, which they gave me my meds and paperwork and every meeting after that has been just us and the coordinators too easy!

Have a look on their website, its got some info on there and they'll tell you the rest over the phone :-)

Good luck with your decision, I hope whatever you choose ends up in a bfp!!
