Hi all, sorry I too have been MIA! Been taking a bit of time after the ectopic to do all the right things like exercise, catch up with friends, drink alcohol and eat deli meats and soft cheeses!!

Hope you are all well, I am currently waiting on AF due on 6/1 as I am on the pill. So second FET hopefully mid to late jan looking forward to getting back into it but a bit wary after the hormones made me pretty crazy with all the preggo ones in top!

Looking forward to catching up to where everyone is at

Just jumping in, Bubbles you can get your GP to refer you for public IVF in Perth (it is done through Concept). Strict criteria that you must be trying for you and your partners first child, under 40 and a certain BMI. And I think they only do a certain number of cycles...

I got my name on the waiting list and it took about 12months to come to the top in the meantime I got my BFP with Hollywood privately.

Worth getting you name on the waiting list if you fit the criteria, if you are still trying when your name comes up then will save a lot of money

Oh Bubbles, my info was from about 2 years ago. All the initial tests were required by King Edward and then they transferred to Concept. Maybe try and hunt down a number at King Edward - there still must be a public service... surely??

Thanks ladies. Apparently there is no longer a public ivf thingy in Perth. Kemh lost their funding
