@Excited1 no I haven't yet! I've been busily distracted at the moment. I've decided to lose some weight first and I'm still BF my 15mo so I'm thinking about weaning her first. No signs of that happening yet though, down to 3 feeds a day.

@babygirl7 sure is getting close. I have ER on Friday. My blood test and scan on tuesday I had 13 on my left between 10mm and 20mm in size with 8 smalls and on my right 12 between 12mm and 20mm with 6 smalls. The numbers mean very little to me because I got similar results twice now and has only ended up with 4 mature fertilize eggs each time.
I'm hoping the extra injection will help me get better numbers.
My nurse said my E2 level was 5200 which increased really well since the previous blood test.
    Best of luck!!!!

Hi, hope you don't mind me sneaking in here. Have just done our second cycle with no success, and will be attempting our third when we move to Perth in a couple of months. Would love some recommendations of where to go over there. Travelling isn't an issue really. Do the clinics vary a lot by success/prices/what's included. Sorry for all the questions!

@babygirl17 - BT was all good. At baseline so I start jabbing tomorrow! I'm sure it will all come flooding back to me kind of freaking now that it's so real and so close! GL for your scan and BT in morning, hope you have great results! @Becs79- GL for your EPU. Fx for you! @loulabubble- GL for your BT @KyLiE2014- so sorry to hear about your recent cycle hope your next one is your BFP.
We attend Fertility Specialists of WA (FSWA) in Claremont and absolutely love them. (Got us our BFP last year on our first round of IVF). We see Dr Mike Aitken but I have also heard great things about Professor Hart and Dr John Love. I think each place varies is most things like protocols/ price/ and what day embryos they deal with. At our clinic they usually do 5 day blasts unless there is particular circumstances. I know of a few clinics in Perth that only deal with 3 day embies so I guess they are all different and all have their reasons. GL Hun, hope you can find somewhere your comfortable with. If you are looking to get into most places you should look at booking soon as they can some times have long waiting lists. x

Welcome @KyLiE2014 im with fertility specialists south (FSS) in applecross, its the sister clinic to FSWA and has the same practice re 5 day blastys. The clinic has a set up where u have an assigned FS (I see Dr Karthigasu) to manage your case but any of the other FS may do your EPU or ET so that your cycle isn't interrupted by your FS bejng away/unavailable. I had Dr Nichols last EPU and Dr Murphy for last ET. Works great for me and I'm happy there but some people prefer only seeing one FS so thought I'd mention it.

@KyLiE2014 I saw Dr Turner at Hollywood Fertility Clinic in Nedlands and loved him. He has a very straight to the point personality which some people don't like but I prefer to know what's going on without it being sugar coated. I'm am currently 28 weeks pregnant after 3 cycles. Our first failed (which is normal), second we fell with Triplets but lost them at 9.5 weeks due to chromosone issues and then this baby is from our 3rd cycle. I think Hollywood are one of the cheaper of the clinics. My full cycle including drugs was $7500 before my medicare rebate.

Well egg retrieval went well I ended up with 14 that's 3 more than last time. But I forgot to put my ovidrel in the fridge and it's been sitting in the car since 1pm it said it need to be refrigerated between 2 + 8 degrees. Should I call the nurse and ask for a new one?
