    Default When will it be a good time to have a dating scan ?

    How many weeks have you had a dating scan would love to hear all your stories ! I'm 5weeks and 5 days

    I had mine about 6wk 4d. I think really anytime after 6 weeks should be ok. But it will be internal.

    Why do you want to go early? Did you do IVF?

    oh okay thanks for that ️happyma , but no didn't IVF , my first pregnancy , and very excited haha my doctor advised me to do one at 6 weeks too how did it go ? I don't know what they do lol

    Both my bubs have been ivf so have had scans at 6 weeks and 8 weeks. I think 8 weeks + like the other ladies have suggested! Congrats.

    Thanks tinkers yeah I think it is better for me to keep away from the urge of seeing if my baby is in there hahaha still amazes me , knowing that there is a baby growing inside of me lol but thanks love

    If you go in too early you may not see a heart beat yet which would probably stress you out. If you go a bit later, and all is fine you will see bubs heart beat which is amazing and very reassuring!
