    I also wanted to add that the biggest thing I hate is that dd may be our last and that means I would have never enjoyed the newborn stage All 3 times I've been a mess and wished away the days. Not the start to life I wanted to give them

    Thanks for the update PL. I've been wondering how you've been as I've noticed you've not been around as much but I didn't want to intrude and bug you. I'm sorry you still feel like you're in a hole but really glad to hear that you still feel like you're able to focus on some positives here and there.     Your okay PL. It's a process that takes time and it's just about hanging on and surviving it until the cloud lifts.
    Just wanted to mention that when I am in high anxiety mode I get extra sensitive about stuff. Things that would normally be like water off a ducks back really affect me and I take everything to heart. I take offence to things where no offence was intended and I overthink and analyse everything that is said to me and see it as criticism. Just be aware of that, it's part of it. practice being kind and understanding to yourself (and others) and challenge the distorted thinking that takes hold. Google "distorted thought processes" and try and recognise when you are doing it. I found that recognising and labelling my thought processes made it easier to challenge my negative thinking. Hugs..

    I have just read through this thread and wondering how you are going now? You sound like you have done it really tough over the last few years and I hope things are starting to look up for you! I can barely handle 1 under 3 let alone 3 of them! I just wanted to add that I had severe PND with my DS, and it took until 150mg of Zoloft until I felt remotely like myself again. It's been nearly 3 years for me and I want to give you hope that things can go back to normal, and I am off the Zoloft hugs xx
