I would be only 4 weeks today according to LMP.

I have had a few twinges and cramps, noticeable even before I tested - but that's it :-)

So I think I've just been hit with the lovely morning sickness! Woke up in the middle of the night with a blood nose, and then this morning I just can't seem to keep anything down. I tried a slice of multigrain toast but I took two bites and felt severely sick. So I tried a glass of water, drank it all, threw it up within ten minutes.
This is my first time being pregnant, is this normal or should I see my doctor?
    Thanks in advance ladies!

I can be normal but if it continues with that severity, you could have hyperemesis gravidarum which is definitely not fun.
I'd give it a bit to see if it comes and goes and/or is manageable then check in with your care provider if you continue to be unable to keep anything down

How far along are you lovely? i had this with my first and its definately not fun and if it persists you may need to see the doc just to get some medication to keep you from throwing up long enough to hold some food and drink down! Hopefully the rest of your day improves!

I will be 6 weeks tomorrow. The nausea is manageable. I don't feel sick as such, it's more when I eat/ drink something it makes me feel disgusting and I end up vomiting it back up. Will see how I go throughout the day. Hopefully it's just a bad day and it passes.

    I hope it's a bad day @Babymmatobe

I had a general feeling of "yuck" yesterday and a moderate amount of gas/burping and a lack of appetite.

Today has been without any symptoms, though I have noticed that my sleeping is a little more broken during the night.

My early dating scan is on Friday! A little excited to get more of a definitive date and progress! DH has been looking at my ff chart and thinks he has got all my dates sorted (I had given up temping and opks mid-cycle and then resumed....has made my pco-cycles even harder to pinpoint.

    Hello,
    I'm new to this forum....

My due date is June 5 2015.

My scan is Wednesday 15 October - very nervous for this result as this pregnancy is a result of my 12th round of ivf. Our hcg levels are the highest we've ever had though, so feeling really confident!
