    Default OPKs help...

Hi... We are trying naturally for number 2 and I've been using opks since last week..

Theynever worked for me before but thought I'd give it a go this time... I did a test at 5.30 pm tonight and got a faint negative so thought I'd test again at 6.30..

The 5.30 test is now showing a very strong positive (well I think it looks positive) 1 hr after I took the test... The 6.30 also showed a faint negative within the 10 Min time frame but 1 hr later it is still showing a faint negative...

I know they say not to read the results after the 10 mins... Had this happened to anyone before? I'm very confused and yes I have (or at least did have pcos before we had our daughter)....

    Cheers, Jodie

Hi Jodie. They do say not to read after that time frame because they can change. It could well be that your surge is close. I find I get no test line for a while, then a few negatives before a real glaring positive. Sometimes it takes longer than you expect. I know now, for example, that I get positive between CD16-20
