I'm home now from epu. 13 eggs out of 14 follicles. I'm stoked! Now let's hope they all mature eggs bad fertilise well.

The lady next to me had 3 eggs out of 8 follies. She looked upset. I feel sad for her. But hopefully those three are the ones!
That's a great haul! How are you feeling? I was shattered after EPU.

I felt tired but wasn't too bad. Stayed at home the whole day on the couch, watching tv and napping lol. Felt some cramps on my tummy too but bearable. Nothing too bad.

Got a call from the clinic today. Of the 13 eggs, only 8 were suitable for icsi. Which is still pretty good numbers. And all 8 fertilised. Yay!!!! Now just need to hope that all 8 continue to grow. They couldn't tell me the quality. But I'm really happy so far with the numbers. Much better than last cycle. I had 10 follies which resulted in 6 eggs. Of which 4 mature only 2 fertilise. So this time much better stats.

    When is your official BT?

@Funchu it sure is getting darker, congrats

@Minib yay for all fertilising! Hope all continues to go well

@jasminecook85 a beta of over 25 is generally considered a viable positive, less than 5 is a definite negative, the in-between is a grey area where it can go either way. Really if it's +5 they are looking for it to double in a reasonable time. How's your wait going? I've lost track of when everyone is due their beta's but it can't be far for you now

@Sareeb77 a seven cell sounds perfect for day 3, hope the wait goes smoothly for you. I know it's easy to say "it only takes one" and I bet when you hear that you kind of feel like you want to punch the person in the face but I'm really hoping this one is sticky for you

@lileitak when's your repeat beta? Make sure you let us know the results

@lissa081 hope the birthday party went as well as it could, I've been thinking of you, I hope that the wait for Tuesday's repeat beta doesn't drag for you too much, wish there was something I could say to help make it go easier on you but I know only the phone call Tuesday will help end the limbo.

I'm sure I've missed people, I hope you're all tracking along ok

@kalliope - Tuesday morning which seems like ages away. And a 3rd the week after, but I'm not 100% sure I'll go to that one. If the scan is on the 15th.

EPU this morning, we got 19 and they managed to ICSI 15 of them which just seems totally insane. My best response prior to this was 7 with only 5 being mature. The nurse told me the number when I woke and I thought she must have read the wrong chart, I kept checking the number written on my hand in disbelief!

So we have 15 injected, I'm just hoping a good number of those fertilise normally.
