Thanks Lis! I'm a day in and already trying to figure when I can POAS! It's maddening.

The downside to injections is that you can't POAS! Unless of course you're strong and going to wait. No chance for me.

You can POAS with progesterone injections. You can't with pregnyl or other HCG luteal phase support.

I beg my Dr for PIO (progesterone in oil) shots even though they are intramuscular and they sting like crazy (reminds me of tetanus shots) but it isn't used much in Australia these days & he never lets me use it. Pregnyl and crinone for me, I hate not being able to test other than to test it out and watch the HCG leave my system!

@jasminecook85 6 to 8 is good for day 3 though isn't it? I'm sure another hour or two and you would have had four 8 cells

gee they are doing well! And to have an update on day 2 is pretty unusual. I got told off when I called on day 4 asking for an update "We only check on day 1, 3 and 5!" oops, righteo.

@Bongley - Same here. They told me that unless there was a massive change, I'd hear from them when it was time to schedule my transfer.
@jasminecook85 you are really lucky to get so much info! I'm going to ask my FS for a copy of my embies next time I see her in person.
