Hello ladies I've been reading along to the sept thread but thought now there's an October one, id join in. Recognize a lot of names from the July/August thread - sad to see you ladies back here but comforting to have some familiar people to share the next step with and hopefully see bfp's from

I'm due to go in for a lipoidol flush on Monday the 29th, and then my day 6 medicated FET on Wednesday the 1st of October, all going well. Day 9 today and lining measured at 9-10mm - which Is amazing for me as due to endo I never have much of a lining there at all. Last embie on ice and if this one doesn't work we'll have to give ivf a break for financial reasons. Fingers crossed.

Best of luck to you all! Xx

    2009 - 2010 - diagnosed with severe endo - 2 x laps, 1 x laparotomy to remove endo.
    2011 - IVF - 1st cycle - chemical pregnancy, FET - BFN, 2nd FET - BFN
2013 - another laparotomy - lost right ovary and tube to a 15cm endometrioma
    2014 - July - cycle #2
    August - FET BFN

Wow – Our group is growing! Nice to have people to share this with over the next few weeks
@Amiracleforme Thanks for doing the roll call!
@Essence08 It’s all pretty daunting at first, but I found once I got started it was like being part of a well-oiled machine, and we just went along for the ride. In terms of tips, the other ladies have given some great suggestions. The only thing I would emphasise is to not place too many expectations on yourself during this time. IVF takes up quite a bit of mental energy as well as physical energy, so just do what you can and be kind to yourself.

Hi @Bongley! Good luck for your trigger and EPU!
@loulabubble Yay for AF and getting moving again. I never thought I’d see the day when AF arriving was a good thing, but here we are celebrating it like a long lost friend
@Twinkley I’m so sorry about your chem. It truly is a kick in the guts after getting a positive result. I hope this month is better for us all.
@babygirl7 Good luck with the jabbing – sending lots of good follie vibes.

Hello again @Ree888! Good luck for the lipiodol on Monday. One tip I read online was to take a couple of nurofen beforehand – apparently it helps with the cramping during the procedure. I took some and didn’t find it too bad. Don’t know if that was thanks to the nurofen, but you never know! Your lining sounds good too, so fingers crossed this is your lucky month.

Afternoon all. I'm joining after AF turned up on Sunday. We are on our first cycle of ICSI after 2 years of OI with no success.

Injections start tonight and blood test on Friday morning. EPU is looking at either 7/8th Oct.

Fingers crossed that we are have a BFP this month.

Hi ladies, I am starting my first ever IVF cycle in October. AF due 5 October, injections to start 25 October and egg pickup should be 6 November (well that's the schedule all things going well of course). This is my very first IVF round, so I'm very new to all of this... And may get the terminology etc wrong at times, apologies if I do. I also posted this in the Nov thread because I wasn't sure which one I belong in ️ I hope you don't mind me joining you here?

    Hi Ladies
I would like to join too!! 😁
TBH I stalked amiracle back here as she was good company last time I was doing clomid and IUI. Took a 3-4 month break (forced and very much needed). Refreshed and ready for my IVF to start this month. Plan at this stage is injections to start early next week with transfer around 17 October pending all the usual factors. Just a little excited☺️! Looking forward to us all getting some BFPs and getting back into baby talk!!

yeah I think they are sister clinics... I know last cycle when attadale hopsital was close they were talking about sending me to Bethesda and FSWA for EPU and ET but attadale reopened in time so that didn't happen. And yes Dr K is great

I see a few who have had similar regarding chems or m/c I feel for you it's so heartbreaking having that double line show up especially after 3 years of trying and then to have it snatch away. Now just waiting for AF to show up to start a fresh cycle even though have one frostie keeping that for a later day.
