@Bongley glad your scratch was not painful. I had it done this cycle and I didn't feel anything just cramping for about a day afterwards. Sorry to hear about your day that would have been horrible, some people are just rude don't let it get to you

@babygirl7 sorry numbers are not rising as high as you would like but they have risen hang in there
@KayzB I'm sorry your having spotting too what is with all the spotting over the last few days hang in there

It feels like there has been a lot of sad news since I last checked BH. I am so sorry for all the BFN's and poor progressions.

    Belated responses to some thoughts:
@straycat - I hear what you are saying about the back to back cycles not being typical. And my understanding is that all the developing follicles will be lost, however I had four "resting" (5mm-ish) follicles which they tell me might come on board this cycle. I guess its pretty specific to the situation, like @Rarah11 says, as poor responders we don't have as much risks to the ovary like OHSS. And thanks to @amiracle4me for the story of the "second cycle, single egg, single embryo success" - I think its about what we're praying for!!

Thinking of you all on your respective journeys!!

    @MrsChino I'm so sorry x
@babygirl7 I'm so sorry you are going through this - I really wish that IVF was a sure thing - I'm thinking of you x
@KayzB I hope it's good spotting but I know how heart wrenching it is x
@Bongley you were very controlled - some people are just unbelievable a colleague at work told me another colleague was going through IVF and that she told her she was feeling crap and bloated and the colleague told me she should wait til she's 9 months pregnant then she'll know bloated... I was gob smacked and so angry... she doesn't know I've been going through it - I wanted to slap her...

AF arrived today and I'm feeling a lot better, the anger, bitterness and hopelessness has disappeared (well not completely) and I start HRT tomorrow guess transfer will be 14 / 15 days from now... I'm planning to cancel Christmas if this one doesn't work I don't think I could take it.... Does anyone else find this journey makes them more angry?

@Rarah11 - that sux! Me too. AF arrived full force today. Normally I don't feel a thing but this time I have sharp shooting pains. Because just a BFN is not enough!! So yes I do feel like this process makes me more angry, I know how you feel. Angry and helpless. Sometimes I feel like the best thing I can do is convince myself that having children is not THAT important. Otherwise how else am I going to get through more negative results?

I really am hanging for some good news from the PUPO ladies this week. I think we all need the lift! Xx

Congrats on he bfp @amiracle4me, so wonderful to have some happy news on this thread!

@Hopeisfading sorry to hear it wasn't good news for you but I agree with the other ladies, you are so strong for going to that baby shower!

@akakura fantastic news on your rising numbers, you must be over the moon, congrats again!!

@Rarah11 @loulabubble @MrsChino sorry to hear about your bfn's, huge hugs to you all, I really wish it was better news for all of you

@brightsunshine progesterone keeps af away for some but not for others! All the very best for your BT, fingers firmly crossed!

@RoosterD I was the same as you, I didn't know whether poas would soften the blow before the BT, I ended up poas as I didn't want to get a possible bad news call at work if I didn't know either way. Good luck on your results

@babygirl7 I'm so terribly sorry that the news wasn't good for you, you would be feeling unimaginable pain having something like his taken away from you. Wish I could give you a big hug in person Hun.

@hawksnest hope you are coping ok with the 2ww and congrats on being pupo

@Gelati I'm so sorry to hear that it wasn't good news for you too. I wish I was on here sooner to reassure you that you hadn't done anything wrong with the crinone, same thing happened to me-I did a clean out and it was white and brown but the other ladies are right it absorbs quickly so nothing you did wrong there

@TeamCarts good luck to you on Thursday, don't lose hope just yet!

@Bongley wow! How very insensitive of your colleague, they should mind their own business!

@KayzB good luck with your BT, I hope the spotting is nothing and has stopped for you

@Topdeck all the best with future cycles Hun, I truly hope you get your miracle

I'm trying to keep up to date with you all but I apologise in advance if I'm behind the times and some of my comments above aren't reflecting where you are up to now, just wanted to check in on you all

@Gelati as if a BFN isn't bad enough, then pains on top of that to add insult 😕 Sorry it's been a crappy cycle for you hun. Sending you lots of hugs xx

@Rarah11 & @Gelati, hope you both are doing ok and hanging in there. It's just so ****ty. I'd like to ask "why do we do it to ourselves?" But we all know the answer and we will do anything to get there. Hoping your BFP's are right around the corner. Sending you both big hugs x
@KayzB hope the spotting eases and you can remain positive. Hang in there Hun.

Thanks @Annerley for your well wishes. It's all a crappy waiting game. Thursday will give us our answer soon enough...
@Bongley - glad you are doing well after your scratch. I don't know about you, but I used to always think of the best responses to say AFTER the encounter. I was never quick enough to put someone like that in their place. Some people are just so insensitive and have no idea that it just isn't that easy for some people!
@MrsChino, I'm so sorry hun. Hope your alright. Sending hugs your way x

Hope everyone else is hanging in there.

@Topdeck thanks for the info, interesting and will def ask my FS about it
@Bongley the things people say sometimes... I do not share anything with my co workers. I often have to console myself thinking they did not mean to hurt us by what they say and they have no idea what we go through and can not imagine or empathise. Over the weekend I spent some time with my friends kids and they are .. naughty is an understatement. Then it got me thinking .. as much as I want kids these lil monsters.. urgh *shudder* of course all our kids will be perfect
