well you shouldnt poas because you do get false positives...I just thought i'd be able to watch the pregnyl fade if im not pregnant or get stronger if i am, but of course its not as simple as that. My BT isnt until next tuesday.... i have to keep poas now that ive started because i am crazy. next time i wont start!

thanks for your support hope u get a bfp this cycle too!

@akakura best of luck! Hopefully it's a true bfp for you!! Will have to see what the next couple of days bring but fingers crossed for good news.

I know there's been lots of talk about the old wives tales/ theories on here lately so I thought I'd copy some info that was given to me by my cycle buddies last year..hope it helps. I personally did numbers 1, 2 and 7 below and I also recall reading that the warming theory (point 7 below) also suggests to avoid cold foods. I think the 2ww was the only time I've ever knocked back ice cream and I only drank room temp water, not icy water. Who knows what works and what doesn't but here are some suggestions for those who are interested

    Things to help with implantation:
    1. Eating eggs the morning of the transfer
    2. Eating real Turkey before transfer – maybe dinner the night before?
    3. Pineapple core (in moderation) – for 5 days after transfer
    4. Grape juice (in moderation) - One small glass of 100% grape juice for breakfast only.
    5. Drinking lots of milk, eating protein especially nuts and in particular brazil nuts
    6. Light exercise can help with blood flow to the uterus
    7. Eat “warming foods” eg: porridge, soups etc things that warm your body & soul! They help nourish and warm the uterus.

ET done! Officially PUPO! I was very calm and collected before, during and after which is a real change for me During US my FS said he wasn't convinced it was a polyp I had and didn't think it was from what he could see. He also said if it hadn't been written in my card that I supposedly had a lining of 16mm he wouldn't have thought that either! He said it all looked very normal and that everything went as planned. Our Emby had thawed perfectly and re expanded well. The embryologist said it had even started to hatch which is also promising. All in all a good day. First pregnyl shot done, continue pessaries and BT 30/10.
