    Hi everyone,

Sorry about the me post but thought I would update you all for an accurate roll call.
My FS will be overseas for 4 days from 20th-24th oct so I couldn't start injections when I finally got my AF 5 days after stopping the pill.
So my FS has put me back on the pill for a further 10 days and hopefully I will be able to start injections when I get my AF after stopping this time

Sorry to read about the spotting @Emerald26 ....I hope it's nothing xx

Sorry ladies, I'll try and pop back on later for more personals x

AFM - nope, no good HCG was 50 and my progesterone was a measly 39....no idea what my 13 corpus lutetium's and 2 weeks worth of Crinone have been doing as they definitely haven't been helping my progesterone level! Im getting follow up bloods done on Friday but....we all know how this one ends. I'm a bit lost now and not too sure what to do. I keep getting pregnant but they all keep dying.....this is my 4th pregnancy since last October. IVF hasn't helped us at all after all.....we've now graduated from miscarriages to a chemical! I'll see what plan of attack my FS comes up with and then chat with my DH and see if maybe it's time for a new FS. Thinking maybe PGD testing and Pregnyl injections....I've never had them before.....maybe we should get two embryos transferred?? I really don't know what else I can do.

@Ladydee 50 definitely isn't out of the game by any stretch - I have a friend with first beta at 55 a week and a bit ago who just got her updated result today and its something like 13,000. You may just have a late starter and as long as it doubles (at least) in the 48hrs you are fine - please don't lose hope Hun! And all the best for your follow up test

    Oh that totally sucks @Ladydee

From what I know the hcg produced by the implanted embryo drives progesterone levels up so it's not so surprising that ur prog levels are low despite taking crinone and having lots of corpus luteum (sometimes the corpus luteum can be damaged during epu that's why we have take crinone for stim cycles as back up). What is surprising is that this is ur 4th mc or chem preg I would get a second opinion and ask about immune issues like natural killer cells (I don't know much about this but other girls will). I'm on pregnyl to boost progesterone production for my FET, it didn't work last time, my hcg was 20 and prog was only 26 so I think it was a poor weak embie. There's only so much we can take to assist getting pregnant. If this FET doesn't work for me I will be doing pgd testing next cycle too. You need to ask ur FS lots of questions and if u don't get the answers u like then change FS, or at least get a 2nd opinion. We changed FS and then got DS straight away!

Low hcg is worse than a bfn. I'm so sorry and sad for you

@Ladydee I'm so sorry but as someone else said it's not over - FX your HCG doubles x Have you ever been tested for natural killer cells?
@Femmefatal that is so frustrating - FX for a good result tomorrow

@Ladydee I'm so sorry to hear that. Is there anyway that there's still a chance? I do think it can't hurt to see another FS and get another opinion. There may be other tests or different drugs that can be taken. As other ladies have said, maybe the NK test. Sending you hugs and kisses.

@Femmefatal - hopefully you can get some answers tomorrow. The good news is you had such a great egg collection that they can always freeze and use once they get those swimmers! But I do hope you get good news this time round! Xx
