I've heard that royal jelly can improve egg quality, maybe put that on your shopping list too ! I've been on Q10, evening primrose, fish oil and royal jelly during all my cycles but unfortunately couldnt find any of those age reversing vitamins

@jeb8303 if I think about all the people who keep having kids and they are so unwanted children and bad parents I would be so bitter and twisted I would not be able to leave the house. It's not fair. Its not fair for any of us on this thread. No one wants to do IVF unless they have to. For many of us we have no other choice. But at least it is a choice. A chance. I'm like you in that I get bad news after bad news with my reproductive health. I never knew it was so bad. But with information we are able to find solutions and deal with it the best we can. Take it easy on yourself. There is not much we can control but we can control our diet and vitamin intake. Every little bit helps.

@Femmefatal that is a great number of eggs! for lots of swimmers.

@lehshoya I have friends in USA in the anti ageing industry. They are my very best friends in all seriousness though, a friend of mine got a placenta implant, its not the whole placenta but a small capsule size from a human donor. She is 41 and her body has 'reversed' to 33 according to her before and after test results. These are not quack doctors but legit ones. Exciting stuff over there.

So true and very well said @straycat! I am sure with the right supplements you're cycle is just around the corner @jeb8303 it's only a matter of time hun.

Can u tell me or show me evidence of this please?? I've been told it is safe for 1st trimester and have used it to treat LP issues. I have found nothing to suggest it is toxic to embryos, human or not....
