Gelati 5 is really great! Some ladies gave ended up with one and gotten their BFP! It's quality not quantity Hun take care of yourself
Hi Ladies, still cheering you all on from the sidelines. Thanks for all the congrats, really loving motherhood and have been blessed with a great sleeper! Not looking forward to the 4mth needles next week.
Congrats to all the bfps- just saw the beautiful two lines on your tests @Ladydee and @MissBell
Ladydee, my BT was 14/10 last year
Sorry to those who haven't had the news they were hoping for, be kind to yourselves and take it easy x
Congrats also @me+he&she=three sorry I missed you Hun but that looks like a great one there, well done!
Oh and @Ladydee try not to worry too much about the darkness of the line on the test, apparently some tests have less dye in them even if they are the same brand. That's why they say a line is a line. I poas on the 13th (at 8dp5dt the day before my BT) and my line was pretty faint. After the initial excitement wore off, I spent the rest of the day worried my levels would be really low but they were 160, hope your numbers are high too. I'm watching my little one trying ever so hard to do her first roll as we speak so faint tests can equal healthy babies.
Here's a pic of the only bfp I've ever had (I still have it tucked away in my drawer but here it was just after I did it)

Just had a follow up with my FS and broken is an understatement
Basically, even though I have stupid amounts of eggs, that all our embryo problems, in all cycles, have been my eggs and "the chance of you having a baby with your own eggs is unlikely"
I cannot even begin to process what has happened and I am broken beyond all belief. I do not know what to do. FS recommended trying another cycle and hesitantly through out the whole "you could lose more weight which my improve the quality" he said he didn't like to say it knowing I've lost weight already.
Guess I somehow have to keep losing weight, somehow get my mojo back to get back to the gym constantly, and hope that losing more weight will improve their quality
How do I begin to tell my family it is unlikely I will ever have a baby of my own? How do you even move forward?
Thankyou @ScubaGal for adding me to this forum 😊
Well my story is..
My name is amy 24 married and hubby and I have started our first ever cycle of ivf..
Ive been doing the purgon shots for 3 weeks now they started off at 150 and now im doing 250 due to my levels were low and wernt doing anything. . But since doing 250 purgon shots I got a call today that my levels are where they should be and tonight I start my 2nd needle
And on wednesday I'm book in for my first ultrasound and another blood test
@amy111 welcome and hope your 1st cycle goes really well xx
@jeb8303 I am so sorry to hear this news - shattering. I know having a good BMI helps with IVF but it is not the be all and end all. There are plenty of curvy women who give birth to healthy babies all the time. I don't have a science degree but did your FS put you on anything at all for improving egg quality?! doesn't it take 90-120 day to improve egg quality? It is something I am looking into right now as well.
@jeb8303 I'm so sorry to hear that - as @straycat said BMI can be a factor but not the only one. Have you ever thought of seeking a second opinion? A friend of mine went through several FS and some told her to stop but she preserved and now has an 8 yr old daughter x
