Hope everyone else is tracking along well

I've resisted the urge to POAS thusfar but am only day 6 so thinking the temptation will get worse the more days that pass!

@Ree888 I'm so sorry and sad that this cycle didn't work for you. Ivf is not a fair game. I would get a 2nd opinion, it worked for us. I hope u have a good break from this craziness and give your mind some time to recover from the emotional toil it takes.

It's based on day of trigger injection. Most papers I've read use day of lh surge or trigger as this is when the lining plateaus generally and then starts declining a few days before af arrives or gets thicker if there's a pregnancy

@Ree888 my heart goes out to you, really heartbreaking news.

Definitely get on Wazza's wait list - have heard so many wonderful things about him and I am down in Melbourne, he does sound like a miracle worker. I figure, try to find the best fertility specialist in your city and hope they can get you over the line in less cycles. Usually with very popular doctors they have seen it all so when they see you they know what has worked in the past for people with similar circumstances as you and can try new things.

I think it is different in QLD but in Melbourne it takes about a month to switch over to a new clinic anyway, they need to gather all your paperwork and release it which they drag their feet doing as they do not like to lose patients.

Having a plan in place going forward is empowering and makes the blow easier to handle xx wishing you all the best xx

LOL Don't think I'd dare at day 6! Seeing an early neg would mess with my head! I'm even dubious about trying day 7....but will see how my willpower goes!

I'm so sorry @Ree888 my heart goes out to you. This is only my first 2WW and the craziness is unbearable so to have so to have 6 transfers you must be one strong cookie and one awesome person. I admire you Hun. A break sometimes be a blessing in disguise. Time to reconnect with yourself and your DH. It's also the festive season soon so plenty of drinks and partying to be had. This Wazza guy sounds great so good to have a plan. Sending big hugs xxx

@ilovecake79 - good luck for PUPO day today!! Can't wait to have you join us. Pls can we see pictures!!

AFM I'm 3dp5dt and my gut feeling tells me I'm out. The progesterone is really messing with my head. Sore boobs, really tired, cranky and lots of chocolate cravings. All AF signs. Anyone else get this and have a BFP??

So sorry to hear @Ree888, I hope this break brings you and your DH what you need to regroup and get that BFP you have always wanted. Take care and be kind to yourself. Sometimes it's a blessing in disguise to get off this crazy ride that is TTC. I wish you all the best for when you decide to try again and really hope to see you back here with may be a new FS and some good news. Lots of love. x
