hey @TeamCarts this is an article (medical journal) i have found about endo thickness for implantation: http://www.fertstert.org/article/S00...158-X/fulltext
And this pic sums it up:
the thicker the better. The results in the chart are for women who had 2 good/excellent blasty transfered, hence the relatively high preg rates but it does give u a picture of how increased thickness gives higher chance of pregnancy. My lining was 9.2mm so i would have liked a little thicker but look even women with 6mm lining were getting preg!
like you have found from Dr Google there are mixed results with some finding that too thick is not good but those were from smaller studies and I like this one because it is a large sample size. Once you've triggered the lining doesnt usually get thicker. you get to transfer this week
Thanks @akakura, that's so sweet of you to have a look into it for me. I will still be triggering tonight in prep for my 5 day transfer and just wait and see what FS says when he reviews my case and U/S pics. It's so hard to know what to do but I will definitely be interested to see what he says. Just a little more waiting nothing I'm not used to. Thanks Hun x
