Default Does the OB test for UTI's during appointments? And could this pain be my cervix?

Hi i was just wondering what they test for when they dip the thingo in my wee that i have to provide for my OB check up's. I am not sure but i *think* i may have a UTI, or it might be my baby bouncing her head on my cervix. Its a sharp 'hot' pain that i feel in my urinal area i think... but then as I was sitting and resting on the couch, i realised the pain is possibly more in my cervix as i can feel her head rubbing on it!! And popping up and down on it.

Sound like a UTI or baby engaging??

Should I see a doc tonight or will the OB test for a UTI there and then on Monday (which is my next appointment)

Could be either. Just ask for a test while you're there and they should do it for you

Is there a gp that you can get in to tomorrow? If it's a UTI, I'd want to treat it asap during pregnancy.

When a baby is rubbing firm on the cervix, can it feel sharp and burny?

Bumped into this post and I totally feel you. UTI can be annoying. I had UTI just lately, and it felt awful, how much more if you're pregnant? I hope you're well.
