    Lol! It honestly wasn't that bad!

    I'm definitely feeling it a bit more today and won't do two consecutive days again unless I have to.

    I bet you'd be surprised at how easy it is. I kind of find it liberating not to be focused on food all day and picking good stuff over bad etc. Also, flavoured teas help with cravings and are calorie free.

    Is there a book on this that tells you the calories in food so what to eat on the fast days?

    I just use MyFitnessPal - you put in what you eat and it tells you how many calories it is.

    So fast day 3 I had boiled egg for breakfast with coffee made with almond milk (30cal instead of over 120) lunch was can tuna in spring water with spinach, tomatoes and cucumbers. Dinner broccoli carrot and cauliflower with a baked in skin small potato. Lots of herbal teas. I have around 4 kilos left to lose and weigh in after week one..... Nothing 😔
